Failing to comply with the following signs or road markings whilst driving a motor vehicle is a non endorsable offence:

  • Box junction road markings.
  • Bus stop road markings.
  • Bus, tram or cycle route sign.
  • Directional arrow sign.
  • Escort no overtaking sign.
  • Give way road markings.
  • Give way sign.
  • Manually operated stop sign.
  • Mobile road works directional sign.
  • Roundabout sign.
  • Solid white line marking the boundary of a mandatory with-flow cycle lane.
  • Solid white lines and chevrons dividing lanes on a length of carriageway or slip road (non-motorway).
  • Stop road works sign.
  • Vehicle priority sign.
  • Weak bridge or road sign.
  • Zig-zag markings in the vicinity of a school.
